Dawn is qualified in Reiki, Colour Reiki, Crystal Healing and is a student of Quantum Touch, all of which are 'energy therapies'. Our physical body is surrounded by an invisible (to most) energetic body, or aura, made up of several layers representing emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of ourselves. Energy travels around the aura just as blood flows through our physical body - you may alreay be aware of this through therapies such as accupuncture? If blockages occur in our aura these can eventually permeate through the layers and potentially manifest as problems in our physical body. By keeping our aura clear and balanced through regular treatments - just as you might treat yourself to a massage - we hopefully ward off serious physical problems - unless it is our karma, but that's a whole different story!
