Combining the therapeutic effects of colour therapy with Reiki produces a powerful combination of healing usually resulting in a feeling of total relaxation and/or re-energised.

Colour surrounds us every day and it's impact can be measured through its use in our language, e.g. 'I'm feeling blue', 'seeing red' etc. Each colour vibrates at a different rate - hence ultra violet and infra red light which we know scientifically exist but which can't be seen by the naked eye. 

During a Colour Reiki session Dawn will discuss how you are feeling, assess your needs and intuitively choose a colour that is appropriate for you at the time. Coloured silks are used during the treatment alongwith visualisiation during a standard Reiki treatment (see Reiki page for more details). Feel free to join in with the visualisation - Dawn will talk you through this if you are interested.
